Wendy Holdener (born 12 May 1993) is a World Cup alpine ski racer from Switzerland.
Holdener started with a full set of medals from the 2011 Junior World Championships in Crans-Montana (gold in the combined, silver in downhill, bronze in giant slalom). Then, she progressivly moved to the World Cup circuit, participating mostly in slalom. In 2013, she claimed her podium spot in Ofterschwang, by finishing 2nd of the slalom. Another podium placement followed in 2015 (3rd in the slalom in Kuehtai in Tirol), but the real breakthroug came in 2016.
The Swiss skier became constant in slalom, at a level she had never reached before, which allowed her to grab a 3rd place in the season ranking of the discipline. But she also nailed it in the alpine combined, where she took a win and a 2nd place, to grab her first crystal globe, and took the win in the City Event in Stockholm and in the Team Event in St.Moritz.
