British skier Chemmy Alcott hits yet another bump in her comeback from the injury she suffered during a fall in Lake Louise in 2010. Alcott, who has been training with the Norwegian team in Saas Fee when she fell informed her social media followers about her latest seatback with a long Facebook post, which started with a Louis Kossuth quote: "It is the surmounting of difficulties that makes heroes," informed Alcott’s fans about her latest injury.

“Slight set back in my Sochi prep as the last day of a fabulous camp where I was skiing technically stronger than ever, I had a little whoopsie. Rebroken my leg. Clean, easy break already weight bearing,” the post continued.

Despite doctors’ predictions that she might have to skip the first races of the season, Alcott seems to be keeping her spirit high and her goal in focus. The recently engaged 31 year old wants to compete at the Olympic Games in Sochi and is ready to work as hard as she needs to meet her goal.

“Medical opinion is I will miss first races but will be good to go full speed ahead after. Unfortunate set back but I am used to the adversity, just another chapter before the Hollywood finish in Sochi!!”

We wish Chemmy all the best in her recovery and hope to see her back on the racing circuit soon!
