Both Bode Miller and Benni Raich still haven’t made a final decision if they will be racing in the upcoming season.

While Miller was „leaning towards retirement“ in February, his longtime-agent Lowell Taub informed NBC Sports following a an earlier report that said Miller would take a year off that the 37-year-old’s final plans have not been decided. Fighting back after an injury to his hamstring at the World Championships in Vail/Beaver Creek, Miller spoke about the possibility to race only a partial season earlier.

Fellow veteran Benni Raich will make a final decision about his future only at the end of August, as he informed his head coach Andreas Puelacher. He is keeping in shape but will not join the training camp in New Zealand where the Austrian tech team will head to mid-August. Raich’s wife Marlies Schild had ended her career a year ago and is pregnant with the couple’s first child at the moment.
