499 athletes participated in the World Cup this season and each one of them has its own story. Since the end of the 2015/16 season, some of them wrote important chapters in their personal life. Kids, weddings, name changes, … let’s have a look at what happened in the FIS alpine family, and congrats on all those happy events.

Peter Fill
After winning the downhill crystal globe, Italy’s Peter Fill became a dad for the second time.

Romed Baumann
It’s a girl for Austria’s World Championship medallist (3rd in Schladming SC) Romed Bauman.

André Myhrer
The winner of the St.Moritz slalom, Sweden’s André Myhrer, became a proud dad.

Leif Kristian Haugen
Olav, 3866 grams, 53 cm, son of Norwegian tech skier Leif Kristian Haugen.

Anna Veith
Two times Overall winner Anna Fenninger said yes to her long-time boyfriend Manuel Veith. From now on, she will appear as Anna Veith on our official lists.

Michaela Kirchgasser
After an outstanding season (3rd in AC, 10th in SL, 12th in GS) Austria’s Michaela Kirchgasser took her relationship to the next step and got married.

Matthias Hargin
The Swedish slalom specialist Matthias Hargin got married to girlfriend and freeskier Matilda Rapaport.

Bode Miller
This cutie will get a little sister or brother. Bode Miller’s wife Morgane Beck is pregnant again.
