Wolfgang Hörl goes to Marker Völkl

The Austrian slalom specialist switches to the German ski manufacturer and strengthens the team around World Champion Manfred Pranger.

A strong newcomer in the international World Cup squad by Marker Völkl: Slalom ace Wolfgang Hörl (AUT) will be at the start with the racing equipment from Marker Völkl in the new season. The 26-year-old from Saalfelden whose first World Cup race was in Kitzbuehel in 2008, is one of the talented technical specialist in the strong A-squad of the Austrian Ski Federation. He was able to finish in the top 20 twelve times with a total of 23 World Cup starts.

"I'm really looking forward to launch into the new season with the Völkl Race Tiger ski. The ski convinced me along with the whole supporting environment. Now that the snow training is about to begin, I'm clearly very happy that I will be able to benefit in material matters of the experience of a Manni Pranger, who has long been successful with Völkl, "said Hörl.
