Astrid Uhrenholdt Jacobsen is a surprise of the day in Voss as she storms to Norwegian title over 10 km free. Therese Johaug takes silver and Martine Ek Hagen grabs bronze. Marit Bjoergen stood behind off the pace and finished in the 6th place.

Astrid Jacobsen celebrates today her fourth national title. The sprint world champion from 2007 set today the time in the finish of 10 km free at 27:22.7 sec. Runner up Therese Johaug crossed the finish line 11.7 off the pace. Youngster Martine Ek Hagen is another surprise of the day as she lost only +32.6 sec on the winner and clinches bronze medal.

Marit Bjoergen finished today on disappointing sixth place 1:05.8 sec off the pace. "I'm bit surprised, but I was also lucky with the wind. It's all about having a good feeling and strength to get it the right way," Jacobsen said to NRK.

Marit Bjoergen was having a difficult day. "I had a strange feeling in body the whole Tuesday. It's hard to say if it's an illness or not. Nothing worked today and I had nothing to give," Bjoergen explained. She is expected to go through medical check up to determine what was the cause of the collapse.
