Swiss Country team spent one week in Germany’s Thüringer forest on training. Dario Cologna and Co. used variety of training facilities in the Cross-Country skiing center in Oberhof. “We could carry out the training in Oberhof in the optimal way,” Swiss head coach Guri Hetland said to www.nordic-online.ch

“Oberhof offers ideal infrastructure for the training in the ski hall and on two roller skiing tracks,” Dario Cologna added.

The complete Swiss team with the A team and junior squads could enjoy great weather conditions with blue skies and sun for the whole duration of the training camp.

The defending World Cup champion and triple FIS Tour de Ski winner Dario Cologna was happy with the training in Oberhof. “The feeling on skis was very good even though we skied on the artificial snow. It was a very good training camp with many training hours and tough units,” Cologna said on his website www.dariocologna.ch
