Swiss Ski Cross-Country team members met this week at Baspo in Magglingen for central performance tests.

The athletes went through several tests under the supervision of Baspo specialists Tom Steiner and Nicole Jung. Test results will help Swiss skiers with planning of the winter preparation and individual training set ups.

Dario Cologna, Curdin Perl and Co, spent in Magglingen two days. First day tackled general shape whereas the second part of the tests focused on special Cross-Country performance checks on the treadmill. “ Last year I was in the top shape a bit early, therefore I have adjusted my training plan. By knowing this I am happy with the test results,” Curdin Perl wrote on his website.

Swiss team meets for another training camp that will take place in Schnalstal from October 19.
