FIS SnowKidz Award 2012 applications due 15th February 2012
The FIS Member National Ski Associations are invited to apply with their projects for the 2nd ‘FIS SnowKidz Award', presented under the ‘Bring Children to the Snow' campaign. This award aims to recognize and promote the best examples of bringing children to the snow in varying national circumstances.
The FIS SnowKidz Award 2012 will be presented at the 48th International Ski Congress in Kangwonland (KOR). For more information, click here.
The application form has to be filled out in English and submitted electronically by 15th February 2012. Additionally, a detailed project description in English is required. Maximum of two projects may be submitted by a National Ski Association. Only ongoing projects or completed projects, which are not older than two years by the deadline, are eligible. All eight projects selected for the final round and presented at the FIS Congress 2012 receive a certificate and CHF 5,000. The winning projects receive additional CHF 10,000 (1st prize), CHF 8,000 (2nd prize) and CHF 5.000 (3rd prize).
