FIS Staff Update

FIS is pleased to announce two new appointments. From 1st April 2012, Corinne Staub will join FIS as Assistant to the Secretary General, whilst Sarah Fussek will become FIS Anti-Doping Coordinator working on a 50% basis.

Corinne is 28 years old, comes from and lives in Bern. She previously worked as Sports Operations Manager at the Winter Youth Olympic Games 2012 in Innsbruck. Prior to that she worked for Swiss Olympic and earlier as a ski instructor and administrative assistant for Alpinzentrum Gstaad Snowsports, Saanenmöser. In addition to German, English, and French, Corinne speaks some Spanish and basic Swedish.

From 1st May 2012, Jolanda Bruelisauer will join the FIS team as Assistant to the President, succeeding Edith Roser who will retire at the end of June.

Jolanda is 30 years old, comes from Appenzell and has just moved near Thun to live with her partner Peter von Allmen, a former member of the Swiss Cross-Country Ski Team. She has previously worked for the Swiss Alpine Marathon organisation as well as for the Organizing Committee of the Ice Hockey World Championships 2009. Jolanda speaks German, English and French.
