Beginning on Monday 22nd August, Marissa "Mari" Mathews will be assuming the year-long internship role of Marketing Projects Assistant. Mari (24) is a Canadian native and comes from Whistler, British Columbia. During the Vancouver 2010 Games she worked as the NOC Assistant responsible for the athletes and officials of the Swiss delegation. She has also worked for an international resort planning firm as trade show and office assistant. An avid skier and snowboarder, Mari holds an Economics degree from the University of British Columbia and speaks English, German and French.
Mari succeeds Sofie Torlei Olsen in this role, who is taking on the role of Communications Assistant from next month.
