Athletes supporting Clean Win programme at Lahti Ski Games

During the 87th edition of the Lahti Ski Games, FIS and the Finnish National Anti-Doping Agency (FINADA) worked in close co-operation to arrange an ADAMS (Anti-Doping Administration and Management System) coaching session for Nordic athletes. In addition, FINADA presented their Clean Win programme, which honours clean athletes and the value of fair play, at the exhibition area in the venue.

"The Clean Win programme brought greetings of clean sport and fair play to the Lahti Ski Games. We encouraged both Finnish and foreign competitors and spectators to take a stance on behalf of equitable play in sport," said Susanna Sokka, Information Manager at FINADA.

Different activities around the topic of Anti-Doping were offered to the spectators and hundreds of people signed a petition of behalf of clean sport to express that cheating isn't an option for the international sport community.

Finnish top Cross-Country skier Aino Kaisa Saarinen and ski jumper Anssi Koivuranta joined the activities to spread the important message of clean sport and fair play.
