Le Français Vincent Vittoz a remporté le 15km style libre, dernière épreuves des finales à Santa Caterina, sa première victoire cette saison. Celui qui avait dominé le 15km style classique samedi a devancé le Tchèque Lukas Bauer et l'Italien Giorgio di Centa.

Vincent Vittoz, impressionnant vainqueur du 20 km classique en ligne des finales de la Coupe du monde, samedi à Santa Caterina, est en position idéale pour conquérir sa première victoire de la saison dimanche lors du 20 km libre.

La Finlandaise Virpi Kuitunen, qui avait survolé la Coupe du monde de la saison dernière, est en ballottage favorable pour conserver son titre, mais doit encore se méfier lors des finales, à partir de vendredi, de la Norvégienne Astrid Jacobsen.
