After the 2011-12 World Cup season, Vermont, USA's Hannah Kearney has established herself as the most dominant woman in freestyle skiing - perhaps ever. The 2005 moguls World Champion, the World Cup moguls Crystal Globe holder in 2009, winter Olympic Games gold medal winner at Vancouver in 2010, and the freestyle overall Crystal Globe champion for 2011-12, Kearney has won nearly everything there is to win - all by the age of 26.
While the list of her accomplishments is nothing short of spactacular, perhaps most amazing is her record-setting streak of 16 consecutive World Cup wins from January 2011 through to February 2012. Her efforts eclipsed the record previously held by Alpine legend Ingemar Stenmark, and set Kearney apart as one of the greatest athletes the World Cup has ever seen.
