BRECKENRIDGE, USA – The FIS Freestyle World Cup halfpipe tour wrapped up for the 2013/14 season in a snowy competition at Colorado's Breckenridge resort.

While David Wise (USA) and Maddie Bowman (USA) were winners in Sunday's competition, it was Justin Dorey (CAN) and Devin Logan (USA) taking home being rewarded for their overall efforts on the 2013/14 season, as the two athletes took home crystal globes for topping their respective World Cup leader boards.

For Logan, things went well early in the season, as she won the first event of the year in Cardrona (NZL), before going on to place 4th in Copper Mountain (USA), and 7th at Breckenridge (USA) this past weekend. Despite missing the Calgary halfpipe event, these results were just enough to keep Logan ahead of teammate Maddie Bowman, as she finished with 186 points to Bowman's 180. Amy Sheehan (AUS) claimed the season's bronze medal

For Dorey, a big win on home soil last weekend in Calgary gave him the edge he needed to best next-best competitor Aaron Blunck (USA). Dorey also scored a 12th place in Cardrona, a 4th place at Copper, and a 6th this past weekend in Breckenridge, bring his points total to 212 points.

To his credit, Blunck scored his 180 points in only two events entered, registering a win and a runner-up in that time, before crashing hard at Breck and retiring from the event. Mike Riddle (CAN) rounded out the men's top three.

February marks the Olympic debut of ski halfpipe at the 2014 Sochi Games. Expect all the above-mentioned athletes to figure prominently into the procedings.
