Audi quattro Bar opened in St. Moritz
Switzerland’s St. Moritz has a new hot spot. On the weekend of the Audi FIS Ski World Cup races in the famous ski resort in the Engadin valley, Audi opened the ‘quattro Bar’ at the top station located at an elevation of 2,486 meters. The brand-new location, featuring an area of around 100 square meters and catering provided by Michelin star chef Reto Mathis, was immediately a popular hub for athletes and guests alike. It is open all year and designed to get visitors and local residents in the mood for the 2017 FIS Alpine World Ski Championships presented by Audi.
Florian Zitzlsperger, Head of Sports Marketing at Audi said: "For us, the quattro Bar is an expression of the way the collaboration between Audi, our partners in St. Moritz and winter sports is being experienced. With the hut we surprise skiers with a high-grade place featuring an exceptional architecture where they can take a break at an elevation of over 2,400 meters. The quattro Bar is designed to whet people’s appetite now for the 2017 World Ski Championships which, like the 2003 edition in St. Moritz, is presented by Audi.”
