Colorado Ski Country USA (CSCUSA) has taken the title of "Largest Snow Action for children in the USA".

Commencing in 1996, its fifth and sixth grade Passport Programme provides children a chance to obtain 63 or 84 free days of skiing/snowboarding at 21 member resorts. A registered FIS SnowKidz event, the programme is available to all fifth and sixth graders regardless of location. In addition, fifth graders who have never skied nor snowboarded have the chance to receive one full-day beginner, level one group lesson, and an equipment rental package absolutely free. Many CSCUSA member resorts also provide coupons for Passport holders and their families. These coupons provide discounts on lessons, companion lift tickets and other great deals all season long

"The fifth and sixth grade Passport Programme sets a bench mark in bringing children to snow sports in the USA. We look forward to working with Colorado Ski Country USA to enhance the programmes awareness and increase the number of families participating in the sport in America”, commented FIS President Gian Franco Kasper.
