The IOC has launched a fun way to participate in the first edition of the Winter Youth Olympic Games in Innsbruck 2012: a new IOC social media contest designed to engage with young fans called "I Copy U" allows interactive engagement. Launched last week, fans are tasked with tweeting a photo of themselves copying the poses of their favourite athletes who include Innsbruck 2012 ambassadors Lindsey Vonn (USA) and Kevin Rolland (FRA), among others. The winner of the contest will win a trip to Innsbruck for the Games. To find out how to participate in the contest, visit the contest website here.

To attend the Winter YOG in Innsbruck, you can also try to obtain a free ticket. Two types of tickets will be used at Innsbruck 2012, both of which are still available: Ceremony Tickets, which grant the holder access to the Opening Ceremony in Bergisel Stadium on 13th January and to the Closing Ceremony in Maria-Theresien-Straße on 22nd January; and Venue Day Tickets, which give spectators the chance to watch all of the events taking place in a single venue on a defined day. All indoor events are ticket-only, while outdoor events can be accessed without a ticket.

Those who weren't able to secure a free Innsbruck 2012 ticket still have three opportunities to do so between now and the Games: on 11th December (33 days to go), on 22nd December (22 days to go) and on 2nd January (11 days to go).
