Michael Macho has successfully repeated his last year's victory at the Austrian Big Air Championships.

The Tyrolean rider crowned himself national champion by winning the third edition of the so-called HAUS MOASTERS at Hauser Kaibling ahead of Florian Prietl and Alois Lindmoser.

“It's always nice to become Austrian Champion. It wasn't an easy season as some events had to be cancelled. So, it's nice to start the summer with a title,” said Macho who will turn 25 next Tuesday.

Top guns Clemens Schattschneider and Adrian Krainer, both part of the national team and thus expected podium contenders, finished seventh and eighth.
