Swiss Ski General Assembly
Last Saturday the 110th Assembly of Delegates of Swiss Ski was held. In total 340 delegates were present, including guests such as FIS President Gian Franco Kasper and Jorg Schild, President of Swiss Olympic.
At the Assembly, the strategic outlook was presented by Urs Lehmann. Part of the future plans included the delegate’s unanimous approval to have Crans Montana file a candidacy for the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships in the future.
To close the meeting the Assembly named six new Honorary Members, the highest honour bestowed by Swiss Swiss. The recipients included Daniel Albrecht, Martina Schild, Philipp Schoch, Simon Schoch, Hans Spring and. Peter Willen.
