Anja Tepes of Slovenia and Germany's Ramona Straub both suffered an ACL rupture and will be sidelined for about six months.

Ramona Straub fell last weekend at the Continental Cup in Lahti. At an MRI in Munich, Germany, on Monday it was diagnosed that she tore the ACL in her left knee.

"The knee suddenly gave in, it was not stable anymore. Of course this injury is annoying. But I will do everything I can to be fit again as soon as possible so that I can compete again next season", the 20-year-old is quoted on the webiste of the German Ski Association.

Anja Tepes, who returned to the World Cup in January after she sustained an ACL tear at last season's final in March in Oslo, now again suffered the same knee injury in training.

"Yesterday on training in landing on one of my jumps I felt something move in my knee again because of that I went to hospital today where I made MRI and with doctor we find out I tore my ACL again so one more operation next month and then six months rehabilitation again", Anja Tepes wrote on her facebook page.
