COC: Rok Justin wins again

In the second Continental Cup competition in Courchevel Rok Justin of Slovenia could follow up on his performance of the day before and he once again took the win.

With two jumps on 95 m and a total of 278.1 points, the 20-year-old celebrated his second win this winter.

Karl Geiger of Germany moved up from fourth to second with 96 m in the final round (273.0 points).

With Matjaz Pungertar (92.5 m and 96 m; 286.9 points) also the third place on the podium went to an athlete of Slovenia.

Pius Paschke, second in Saturday's competition, finished fourth this time and missed the podium by only 1.5 points.

Local hero Ronan Lamy Chappuis, who was third on Saturday, came in among the best again on Sunday and was fifth.

Clemens Aigner was the best of the Austrians in sixth, Danny Queck (7th), Markus Eisenbichler (8th) and Daniel Wenig (9th) completed the great result of the German team. With Bartlomiej Klusek the best of the Polish team also achieved a Top 10 result.

Manuel Poppinger (354 points) and Michael Hayboeck (350 points) remain the top athletes in the overall ranking also after this weekend in France. Manuel Fettner is now third with 333 points.
