After a long break, the ladies' Continental Cup continues this weekend. Two competitions are held on the normal hill in Lahti, Finland.

The first event was dominated by Germany's Juliane Seyfarth. With 94 m and 95 m the 23-year-old showed the longest jumps in both rounds and took the clear win with a total of 241.5 points.

"I wasn't expecting to win after my jumps in training. Fortunately I made my two best jumps in the competition", said Seyfarth.

Her teammate Anna Haefele, seventh after the first round with 84 m, also jumped on 95 m in the final and finished second with 219.0 points.

Only 15-year-old Norwegian Anna Odine Stroem came in third with 90.5 m and 92 m (217.5 points).

Sofya Tikhonova of Russia, like Stroem also only 15 years old, was fourth with 204.0 points, two points ahead of Nina Lussi of the USA.

Despite a fall after a jump on 94.5 m in the second round, Germany's Ramona Straub was sixth. Her teammate Anna Rupprecht and Anastasiya Gladysheva shared the seventh place.

Behind the best Finn, Susanna Forsstroem, Tara Geraghty-Moats and Daria Grushina completed the Top 10 in Lahti.

With her two wins in Notodden in December Anette Sagen leads the overall ranking of the COC with 200 points, followed by Juliane Seyfarth (171 points) and Anna Odine Stroem (160 points).
