Like in this season's first competition, the team of Slovenia could also celebrate a victory in the second event of the Continental Cup weekend in Vikersund (NOR). This time even two athletes of the team of head coach Igor Medved stood on top of the podium.

As on Friday evening, Cene Prevc was the winner again. The 20-year-old laid the foundation for his success in the first round with a jump of 115.5 m, in the final he defended his lead with 114.5 m. He won with 292.5 points. "I'm really satisfied with my performance today. Tomorrow I'll try to do my best again and then we'll what it will bring", said the winner.

Prevc' teammate Rok Justin showed jumps of 117 m and 114.5 m on the HS 117 and with 286.4 points he finished second in a competition that started an hour late due to the strong rain. The difficult weather conditions with wind and fog also lead to various interruptions during the first round.

Behind the two Slovenes, the places three and four went to two Austrians, who both secured their top results with strong performances in the final round. Daniel Huber, with 111.5 m seventh after the first round, came in third with 120 m in the final and a total of 283.7 points. Florian Altenburger (110 m in the first round) moved up from 13th to fourth with 117.5 m in the second round.

Pius Paschke was again the best ski jumper of the German Ski Association. Tom Hilde, second in Friday's competition, came in sixth and was the best of the Norwegians once again.

Sebastian Colloredo was seventh on Saturday afternoon and represented the team of Italy in the Top 10, that were completed by Joakim Aune of Norway (8th), Austria's Elias Tollinger (9th), who was en route to the podium in third after the first half of the competition, and Jan Ziobro of Poland (10th).

With his two wins, Cene Prevc now leads the overall ranking with 200 points. Tom Hilde (120 points) and Rok Justin (104 points) follow in second and third.
