The 2015-16 Nor-Am Cup season came to a thrilling and very snowy end in Copper Mountain, CO this week with Canada's Megan Farrell and Darren Gardner taking the win in the race for the championships.

While 24-year-old Farrell not only came out victorious of this year's last two parallel races and therefore defended her title with authority (3,500) leading a Canadian podium sweep ahead of Marianne Laurin-Lalonde (2,550) and Katrina Gerencser (2,225), the men's decision came down to the very last event.

As Darren Gardner finished off the season as third ranked rider of the final psl race behind of US boys Justin Reiter and Michael Trapp, the 25-year-old from Calgary celebrated his third career's title since 2012 with 3,000.

Her therefore secured a tiny gap of 100 points ahead of his fellow countryman Sebastien Beaulieu who did not finish the grande finale and therefore couldn't improve his final score of 2,900.
