This season's third stop of the alpine snowboard Europa Cup tour at Hochfuegen (AUT) has not only brought wins for Elizaveta Salikhova (RUS) and Sylvain Dufour (FRA) but also two German titles for some well-known racers.

In the women's event, team veteran and fourth ranked rider of the 2015 world championships Selina Joerg celebrated a title three-peat finishing the event as best ranked rider from the hosting nation (7th).

The nationals podium was rounded out by up-and-coming talents Ramona Hofmeister and Carolin Langenhorst.

In the men's event, Bussler missed out the EC podium as fourth but took the national title ahead of Stefan Baumeister and dethroned champion Alexander Bergmann.

Full results of yesterday's event and today's Europa Cup races will be available online.
