Jemima Juritz (AUT) and Ilia Vitugov (RUS) have claimed their career's first junior world championships title winning the parallel slalom event in Klinovec (CZE) today.

In the women's finals, Juritz held the upper hand on Maria Valova (RUS) while her teammate Daniela Ulbing added a bronze to her yesterday's silver beating Polina Smolentsova (RUS) in the battle for third.

Over in the men's event, Vitugov beat defending champion and yesterday's silver medallist Dmitry Loginov in a heartbeat final with a mere of 0.09 seconds.

Gabriel Messner (ITA) rounded out the podium as third coming out successful of an all Italian small final against his teammate Marc Hofer.

With the parallel slalom decision in the books, the first part of the junior world's trilogy concluded today with the next events also taking place in the Czech Republic.

On March 31 and April 1, Spindleruv Mlyn will play host to the big air and slopestyle events while Silvaplana (SUI) will wrap up things with the halfpipe contest slated to take place on April 21.
