Langenhorst and Bormolini top second PSL EC in Landgraaf

Carolin Langenhorst (GER) and Maurizio Bormolini (ITA) have claimed victory in the second parallel slalom (single run format) event staged at SnowWorld Landgraaf (NED).

While Bormolini was able to repeat his yesterday's triumph relegating Tim Mastnak (SLO) and Benjamin Karl (AUT) to the respective second and third rank earning his career's eight win on the European Continental Cup series, it was Langenhorst's career's third.

The 2016 PGS junior worlds bronze medallist stepped up her game after finishing eighth yesterday beating reigning Olympic PSL champion Julia Dujmovits (AUT) in the women's final.

2015 world champion Claudia Riegler rounded out the podium as third.

The alpine snowboard Europa Cup tour continues in Hochfuegen, Austria on December 10 and 12 (2x PGS) while the first World Cup competition also features a parallel giant slalom slated to take place in Carezza, Italy on December 5.
