Ina Meschik (AUT) and Rok Marguc (SLO) have clinched the first of two back-to-back Europa Cup races in Rogla, Slovenia which was staged as a parallel giant slalom in the single run format today.

In the ladies' final, Meschik edged Slovenia's Gloria Kotnik to the second rank while Daniela Ulbing (AUT) crossed the finish line ahead of Michelle Dekker (NED) in the battle for third.

In the men's event, Marguc won the final run against Sebastian Kislinger (AUT).

Stefan Baumeister (GER) rounded out the podium as third beating newly crowned junior world champion pgs Sang-ho Lee from Korea.
