Canada's teams Maelle Ricker/Dominique Maltais and Christopher Robanske/Robert Fagan have won this FIS Snowboard World Cup season's third and thus last snowboard cross team event.

In Veysonnaz, Switzerland, the currently most dominating riders of the tour relegated Italians Michela Moioli/Raffaella Brutto and US-Americans Faye Gulini/Callan Chythlook-Sifsof to second and third in the women's final.

With another win to her belt, newly crowned SBX World Cup title winner Dominique Maltais said:

"It was good. When we came here this morning it didn't look good, but they did a great job cleaning up the course.

It was an exciting race, everyone was riding fast. Team Canada had a great day!"
