The last weeks saw some fiercely contested snowboard cross races on the Continental Cup level.

While the first two of four races of the South American Cup took place in Cerro Catedral, Argentina with Colleen Healey (USA) winning twice and both Argentinians, Steven Williams and Simon White, taking home one win each, Mt. Hotham, Australia played host to this Southern Hemisphere's winter last races of the Australia New Zealand Cup series.

In the first of two competitions, it was Josh Miller coming out victorious while two-time world champion Alex Pullin ruled the second race securing the Cup title with 1,125 points ahead of fellow Aussie rider Miller (945) and Kiwi Duncan Campbell (825).

On the women's side of things, Belle Brockhoff triumphed in both races, earning the ANC title with 1,500 points ahead of her team mates from Ski and Snowboard Australia Ellise Turner (775) and Annabel Tudhope (750).
