Malusa new Head Coach of the French Europa Cup SBX team
Former Italian World Cup racer Simona Malusa has recently announced that he signed a contract with the Fédération Française de Ski becoming the new Head Coach of the Europa Cup SBX team.
The two-time Olympian (2006 and 2010) who won two World Cup races in 82 starts before calling it a day back in March 2011 at his home event at Valmalenco looks back on quite a few years as coach.
After helping the Spanish team with his experience and two seasons with the Italians the job for the French team is Mauser's third contract as coach already.
“I want to thank everyone with whom I shared some inspiring moments over the past two years and especially all athletes who rewarded my work with some great results”, posted Malusa on his web page.
Since a few days, the 40-year-old is already with his new team preparing for the up-coming season on the glacier of Les Deux Alpes.
