The 22-year-old from Carinthia became the first ever women to land a cab double cork 900 at the Stubai glacier raising the bar of women's slopestyle riding.

“It was an amazing feeling when I stomped the trick for the very first time. I hope that this one could be an ace in the hole at the Sochi 2014 Olympic slopestyle event,” said Gasser who had impressed with a fourth rank at the 2014 World Cup opener at Cardona, New Zealand, which featured one of the strongest and deepest field of female slopestyle athletes ever.

No wonder, that her iconic and history re-writing trick went viral over the last couple of days reaching thousands of clicks and likes.

Also some of the world's best, including reigning FIS Snowboard World Champion Spencer O'Brien, US rider Kimmy Fasani or Germany's Silvia Mittermüller raised her hats on twitter:

ÖSV Freestyle Head Coach Stefan Cerwenka was even more stoked by another fact: “It's good to see that Anna not only landed that trick once but a couple of times, in a very easy and stylish way. We know that many things can happen until the Olympics, but this one should strengthen her position.”
