Barnhoorn does it again
One day after claiming her career's third EC win at SnowWorld Landgraaf, Dutch rider Babs Barnhoorn added another one celebrating back-to-back wins on the 260 metres long indoor slope.
The 19-years-old dominated the women's competition in the rail section as well as on the two-jump kicker line which were built right next to one another.
Barnhoorn earned her second triumph within 48 hours with the same tricks which had secured her the win on the day before.
The Dutch freestyle talent nailed a fs 270 on on the down tube, a fs boardslide on the flat rail and a fs blunt 270 out on the down rail before stomping a cab 540 indy to bs 360 mute over the booters.
Nadja Flemming (GER) and Lucie Silvestre (FRA) rounded out the podium as second and third, respectively, just swapping ranks compared to the first EC decision the day before.
In the men's event Max de Fries, Niek van der Velden and Rakim Foy underlined the deep talent the Dutch federation is currently blessed with bringing home a podium sweep.
De Fries came out successfully with a cab 270 on to 270 out on the double kinked, a fs bluntslide to bs boardslide on the flat and a switch fs blunt 270 out on the down rail before finishing things off with back-to-back 900's.
