Last weekend saw the Finnish nationals in halfpipe and slopestyle event which took place in Vuokatti.

In the first event, the halfpipe comp, Malla Partanen claimed the title on the women's side ahead of Anni Halonen and Noora Vihervaara.

On the men's side, 2010 Olympic Silver medallist Peetu Piiroinen styled to Gold with Henri Laakkonen and Tuomas Pohjonen rounding out the top-3.

On the slopestyle course Kristiina Nyman beat Halfpipe campion Malla Partanen. Emma Kanko was the third best female to finish.

On the men's side of things, Janne Korpi took home the title edging off Tuomas Pohjonen and Petja Piiroinen to second and third respectively.
