With only a few weeks to go till the snowboard World Cup season kicks off with a bang in Milan, Italy, Local Organisers have confirmed the first entries for the in-city big air event staged at Parco EXPerience, right next to the iconic Tree of Life.

As of today, riders like 2014 Olympic slopestyle bronze medallist Mark McMorris (CAN) as well as US shredders Brandon Davis, Julia Marino and Karly Shorr, Norwegian Silje Norendal or Belgium highflyer Seppe Smits will get ready to drop in at this season's opening.

A total of 40 men and 20 women will battle for the first World Cup points as well as the first points for the so-called 'Super Series' set to be launched in Milan, too.

The new three-stop event series will also visit Mönchengladbach (GER) and Quebec City (CAN) looking for the best female and male rider after those three big air World Cup competitions.
