Future of Skiing in focus at the FIS Leaders' Seminar

The 8th FIS Leaders' Seminar will be staged on 6th-7th November in Lausanne (SUI). The theme of this year's seminar is "FIS Building the Future" which has attracted registrations from National Ski Association representatives from 38 countries that are part of the FIS Aid&Promotion program.

The agenda of the two-day seminar includes sessions specifically tailored for the developing ski nations, defining sponsor packages and the impact and opportunities of sponsorship in the current economic climate. Moreover, a session presented by Laurent Vanat, international ski consultant, will address the "Future of the International Ski Business" while Jean-Laurent Bourquin from the IOC will discuss the ‘Opportunities for Development Projects'. The participants will also enjoy a chance to visit the Olympic Museum in Lausanne during the seminar.
