Sölden confirmed
The current conditions on the glacier in Sölden allow us to confirm the scheduled Audi FIS Alpine Ski World Cup Opening events in ladies' and men's giant slalom on 24th and 25th October 2009.
Sufficient but very dry natural snow together with manmade snow is challenging the piste preparation crews. The weather forecast foresees cold temperatures on the glacier until at least middle of next week.
