3rd FIS Ladies Seminar in Kangwonland
The FIS Ladies Seminar will take place for the third time in conjunction with the FIS Congress, on Monday 27th May from 15.30 - 18.30 local time. Registrations can be made in advance through staub(at)fisski.com or upon arrival at the FIS Info Desk or FIS Office at the Kangwonland Hotel.
The seminar is entitled "Women and Health" and it will focus on medical issues of women in sport. The group of speakers will include representatives of the FIS Medical Committee, Larry Gaul (USA) and Hans Spring (SUI), a representative from the FIS ISS project team, as well as a local expert from the Korean Institute for Sport Science. Furthermore seminar participants will see a presentation from FIS Athletes' Commission member Kikkan Randall, winner of the Cross-Country sprint World Cup 2012, followed by a round table discussion with further representatives of this Commission.
