Deadlines for FIS Congress 2012
The 48th International Ski Congress will be held from 27th May to 2nd June 2012 in Kangwonland (KOR). According to the FIS Statutes, proposals and applications to the Congress and/or to the Council have to be submitted as follows:
Congress proposals, submitted by the affiliated Member Associations and the FIS Council, are due by 30th September 2011 in English, German and French.
The candidates for the Council (2012 - 2014) must be proposed in writing by their Association not later than thirty days (27th April 2012) before the opening of the Congress.
Applications for the organization of the FIS World Championships 2016 and 2017 have to be sent to FIS together with the registration fee and guarantee for training days, as specified in the rules, by 1st May 2011.
