Final seats on sale for Hilton FIS Charity Gala Saturday night as the meetings are winding down, the Hilton Charity Gala organized in conjunction with FIS and Right To Play will take place. The Charity Gala is in honor of 40 years of hospitality at the Hilton Zurich Airport, as well as 10 years partnership with FIS. All proceeds from the gala will be donated to the FIS Partner Charity, Right to Play. The event is almost sold out but the last few places are still available on a first come first served basis. Right to Play is the leading international humanitarian organization using the power of sport and play to build essential skills in children and thereby drive social change in communities affected by war, poverty and disease. The Gala will be a wonderful evening, beginning with a cocktail and musical entertainment by a young jazz band as well as magic performances, followed by the five course ‘Dinner of the Champions' and dessert buffet with live cooking and jazz music. Markus Othmer, the well-known German TV and event moderator, will lead the evening and will present the auction and tombola together with renowned sports personalities and Athlete Ambassadors of Right To Play. The auction contains exclusive ‘money can't buy‘ items such as a 2-day ski touring trip with Bernhard Russi, including an overnight stay at his Chalet, a day's skiing with Aksel Lund Svindal, a private clinic and round of golf with Swiss golf champion Nora Angehrn, a pair of Atomic skis signed by Carlo Janka, and many more exciting items. Tombola tickets will be sold during the evening for CHF 20 each and prizes range from helicopter rides through to exclusive sport items, Audi test drives and Hilton weekend packages in Rome, Munich or Evian. Hilton Zurich Airport, FIS and Right To Play are delighted to celebrate this event and hope you will join us for an unforgettable evening. The Gala starts at 7 pm. Dress Code is dark suit or black tie. Further information can be found here or by contacting fordyce(at)fisski.com.
