World's top Freestyle aerialists in action in Mettmenstetten

Some of the world's best aerialists showed their biggest tricks at a water ramp at this year's Masters of Freestyle aerialist „Jumpin“ in Mettmenstetten, Switzerland‘s premier summer aerial training center.

In the competition staged in burning heat on 19th August, Anton Kushnir beat the Swiss Andreas Isoz and his Belarussian team mate Dimtri Dashinski impressing the crowd with exciting tricks. "I'm happy that the final jump with three backflips and five screws turned out so well, but here in Mettmenstetten I always feel very, very well," said Kushnir, the defending champion and one of the most consistent aerialists in the World Cup.

The ladies’ field saw Swiss Tanja Schärer, fifth in the overall World Cup last season, winning ahead of her teammate Nadja Leuenberger and Belarussian Hanna Huskova.
