New secretary general in Turkey
The Turkish Ski Federation has a new secretary general. Ahmet Muhtar Kurt has replaced Anali Ömer in the role. Ayik Özer continues as President.
After hosting the International Ski Congress in Antalya in 2010, Erzerum (TUR) is scheduled to host the FIS Junior Nordic World Ski Championships 2012, following on the heels of the 25th Winter Universiade which took place there in January 2011.
