Hilton 40 Years Charity Ball @ FIS Autumn Meetings
The Hilton Zurich Airport is celebrating its 40 years of hospitality this year with a range of special offers and festivities. The hotel opened in 1970 as the very first airport hotel in Zurich.
As a highlight to the celebrations, a Charity Ball will be held on Saturday, 8th October 2011 at the conclusion of the FIS Autumn Meetings. The proceeds of the event will be donated to the Hilton in the Community Foundation which also supports FIS's partner charity Right To Play (www.righttoplay.com), whose vision it is to create a healthier and safer world for children through the power of sport and play ‘when children play, the world wins'
The Charity Ball will be an elegant black tie evening consisting of a 5 course gala dinner, and musical entertainment. During the Gala Dinner fundraising activities will be organized with the support of FIS, Hilton and Right To Play together with its athlete ambassadors. Exclusive prizes ranging from Hilton Hotel stays, Helicopter flights to Ski Days with a Star will be up for auction.
