Cookbook for GAP 2011 It comes as no a surprise that skiing and culinary delights go well together. Within the global ski family, there are also sleuth of accomplished hobby cooks, who not only shine with their carving style but can also cook in style. In honor of the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships 2011 in Garmisch-Partenkichen (GER), various former and current athletes along with famous personalities from all aspects of ski racing have come together to collect their selected recipes for a Cookbook for GAP 2011.
