FIS staff stays active with Bike to Work Challenge

On 31st July, the second annual FIS Bike to Work Challenge ended and like last year, FIS staff committed to staying active, move and utilise the journey to and from work to exercise. 14 active participants biked a total of 5831.20 km, which equals a distance halfway to China.

The most kilometres biked on one day outside of work hours totalled 220.60 km and so it was not a big surprise that two of the participants reached a total kilometre count of over 1000 in the active three months May, June and July. In the end, the winner and runner-up were only separated by five km with the winner of the challenge. FIS would like to congratulate winner Maria Martin Civiac and all participants.
