Switzerland's best snowboard cross racers came together last Sunday to battle it out for the SBX national title at Lenk with 19-year-old Alexandra Hasler and Gian von Graffenried walking away with the Gold.
Riders delivered some thrilling heats from top to bottom despite the soft and slushy snow whilst also not having the best visibility as the sky was covered by clouds.
While Hasler secured a safe win ahead of Lara Casanova and Aline Albrecht finishing second after Carle Brenneman (CAN), von Graffenried came out successful of a photo finish decision against Tim Watter.
Reigning junior world champion Kalle Koblet, fully recovered from his hard fall at the world championships one week ago, rounded out the podium as third after he crossed the finish line as fourth of the finals behind of US athlete Jonathan Cheever.
