The winter season is getting into full swing in the Southern Hemisphere and Tiffindell Ski Resort in Drakensberg mountain range in the Eastern Cape, South Africa is gearing up for a busy weekend of Entry League, FIS and FIS-CIT races next month.
A FIS SnowKidz event has already been hosted for the younger skiers this year.
A year ago, it played host to two FIS-CIT Arnold Lunn Slalom World Cup races for men and women in July 2018 and now a video showing the event has been released. It was the third year that South Africa had the honour of organising Arnold Lunn World Cup competitions.
Over 50 competitors from 11 nations participated, which took place in sunny weather and perfect snow conditions. The event was a huge success andthe competitions were dominated last year by British racers Reese Bell, Thomas Cherry and Jake Doyle.
