Time flies and the opening day of the Youth Olympic Games is just around the corner. On the 9th of January, the Lausanne 2020 YOG opening ceremony will officially kick off one of the most anticipated events this year. As the first of the FIS disciplines, the Alpine competitions will start on 10th January with the men's super-G. All other FIS disciplines will have their competitions in the second week of the event, starting from Saturday 18th January.

Here are a few tips on how you can enjoy the Games and be the ultimate YOG fan:
1. Catch all the action on livestream
All offered Olympic Channel livestreams and event coverage will be available on the respective FIS discipline pages. You can find the Alpine livestreams here.
All other discipline livestreams will be added to the various discipline pages closer to the respective competitions.

3. Tune into the YOG in your country!
With more rights-holding Broadcasters than ever before at a Winter YOG edition, Lausanne 2020 will air in 189 territories worldwide (compared to 89 for Lillehammer 2016). There will also be approximately 4,000 hours of coverage made available through broadcaster digital platforms. Fans in Switzerland will have extensive free-to-air linear coverage on RTS 2 and La Télé, with the Opening Ceremony broadcast live on German (SRF 2), French (RTS 2, La Télé) and Italian (RSI 2) language channels.
