The next joint Nordic weekend, the World Cup in Lillehammer (NOR) can take place as planned next weekend. Snow Controller Terje Lund reported on behalf of the organisers and the Norwegian Ski Association that there is plenty of snow to host the FIS Cross-Country, Nordic Combined and Ski Jumping Women's World Cup. In fact, the organisers had such good conditions with cold temperatures and natural snow, so that last winter's snow storage (approx. 10.000 cubic metres) did not have to be used at all.

**"**Snow conditions are fine in Lillehammer for both the hill and the cross country tracks. Snow production was ongoing for a long period in the beginning of November and more or less 90% of all courses are covered with a solid snow cover. The weather will be cold and the last 10% of the course will be covered with snow from the storage or with snow production. Lillehammer should be ready with the hills and all courses in the beginning of next week."
